Hi, I’m Krista.

Strategic communicator and storyteller.

I am the wife of a very talented musician who takes me around the world in pursuit of excellence. Mama to Jakob, Audrey and Ella, who just happens to have Down Syndrome.
And an aspiring disciple of Jesus, defender of the oppressed, writer, graphic designer and photographer.

I write and speak on navigating through the fog of life…you know, when things don’t go exactly as planned and am fuelled by a passion to amplify the voices of those on the margins…
oh, and coffee…lots of coffee.

Remember this guy? Little Baby Jakob. Remember his forever family found him?

Well, I have some amazing news! Jakob was taken back by his birth parents. And while this evokes mixed emotions for the family it is where he should be and we need to pray that they have the resources to care for him.
Meanwhile, the Pardue’s have a new little one that they are working to get home but I will let them introduce him…check it out here.

And just in case you are wondering, every dollar you gave to get Jakob home, will now go towards bringing A. home!
