  • About Me

    Hi, I’m Krista.

    Strategic communicator and storyteller.

I am the wife of a very talented musician who takes me around the world in pursuit of excellence. Mama to Jakob, Audrey and Ella, who just happens to have Down Syndrome.
And an aspiring disciple of Jesus, defender of the oppressed, writer, graphic designer and photographer.

I write and speak on navigating through the fog of life…you know, when things don’t go exactly as planned and am fuelled by a passion to amplify the voices of those on the margins…
    oh, and coffee…lots of coffee.

The Cambridge Diaries: The Cambridge To Do List

September 4, 2011

I am sure it will take a while to get settled into life in Cambridge but there are a few tricks I have learned along the way to make any house feel like a home. There are key venues which preserve the essence of a City’s milieu and stereotypical activities which are legendary for a reason. So here is my Cambridge to do list so far…of course, I am always open to suggestions:

– Make chocolate chip cookies
– Buy fresh flowers
– Create a herb garden
– Make a trip to Fitzbillies
– Buy bikes
– Talk a walk around Cambridge city Center and along the River Cam
– Go punting
– Take in the Dragon Boat Festival
– Participate in Open Cambridge
– Eat Curry

Did I mention: ONE MORE SLEEP!
